During my stay, I encountered several issues. First, the long queues for breakfast were frustrating. it was chaotic and seating was often scarce. Additionally, the room felt cramped and lacked comfortable furnishings, which made it difficult to relax. The hotel's location was a bit remote, making it hard to find initially, and the staff seemed almost unapproachable due to the self-check-in system.

The hotel's location was incredibly peaceful, nestled next to a lovely park with convenient access to a monorail, which made trips to Haneda effortless. The shuttle service was reliable and frequent.

I had a pretty good experience staying here for 3 nights. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Japanese dishes, and I loved the convenience of the free shuttle to Shinagawa station. The only downside was the long queues during breakfast, but overall it was a solid stay!
