The staff was accommodating, efficient, and nothing was too much trouble. the hotel has an absolutely perfect and nice location, conveniently close to the train station for Haneda Airport, downtown Tokyo, and Odaiba. the monorail that goes out to Haneda Airport is just a 5-minute walk away, and it takes about 15-20 minutes to reach Shibuya and Tokyo Station.

Good standard hotel, staff always pleasant! Cheap single room, lovely beds. Nice private bathroom. Particularly good location with private parking available next to Shinagawa train station. Not very far from Kodama Gallery.

Breakfast included. Now that alone is worth the price for a budget room (USD120 for 3 adults). The facilities are clean and new with free wi-fi. Front staffs are helpful and polite. And Haneda airport is just 8 mins away by monorail.

The location was fantastic, located in a great area close to restaurants and Shibuya. the room was spacious, with comfortable beds and equipped with smoke detectors for safety. - Our experience was wonderful from check-in until check-out, we would definitely stay here again.

Centralized and easily accessible especially from Haneda and easily accessible to a main JR Station (Shinagawa). And the every 15 minutes free shuttle bus to Shinagawa JR Station and their daily breakfast are one of their best aminities.

Clean hotel in a nice building located near JR train stations, the harbor, and monorail and Rinkai. Well-equipped room with comfy beds. Particularly good and efficient location. Affable and courteous staff with good knowledge of the area.
